The Midwives Association of British Columbia engaged The Tea Communications in late 2021 to support communications as they prepared to communicate the result of arbitration. The Tea then continued to work collaboratively with MABC's team on external communications for the Association. Working collaboratively with their team, we worked to create member presentations, media messages and communications outreach strategies. This included communication strategy development, proactive and reactive media relations, crisis communication and issues management, campaign and content development for social media, media monitoring and Government relations and advocacy engagement.
